We have been manufacturing and sharpening blades for over three decades and currently sharpen over 400 cold saw blades every week. We specialize in manufacturing and sharpening blades from 250mm in diameter up to 450mm in diameter with different thickness, arbor holes, coatings, and tooth counts.
Our blades are made from high-quality M2 - DMo5 tool steel for industrial cutting. During the manufacturing process, they are heat treated and hardened to 65 HRc, triple tempered, and press quenched to preserve their flatness. Grinding is done on a CNC machine to your preferred tooth count and geometry.
Our blades are just as good or better than the blades you have used in the past. Additionally, we aim to offer the best customer service in the industry by making sure you are using the right blade(s) for your applications.
