    Description

    From Ringo of the USA comes kit #C-551/100. It is the US Navy's K-68 Blimp from the 30's & 40's. It was used for patrolling coastal sealanes and harbor approaches. It had great value in mine detection and anti submarine warfare as well as meteorology ans sea rescue. Issued by Ringo in the mid/late 60's. Molds were also used by ITC and late Glencoe Models. Scale is 1/330 Kit is cello sealed and near mint. Cello has cut in it on top. Buyer to pay flat shipping cost based on location.
